About the Law Office

The Indra & Šebesta Law Office was founded in 1999 in Brno by Attorneys-at-Law, Mgr. Marek Indra and Mgr. Jiří Šebesta. In 2001, a branch in Prague, Na příkopě 17, was opened. In 2004 a branch in Ostrava, Mírová 18, was opened. In 2006 the Ostrava branch moved to a new address at Sokolská třída 21. Currently the law team of the Law Office, apart from the above two partners, comprises three junior lawyers, graduates of Faculties of Law in the Czech Republic, and two employees at the 'paralegal' level, who are students of the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno.

The Indra & Šebesta Law Office offers legal services in all areas of the Czech Legal Order in the Czech and English languages; it specializes in commercial and bankruptcy law.

The clientele of the Law Office consists of small-, medium-, as well as big-sized companies transacting business in various areas (civil engineering, mechanical engineering, public auctions, lease of properties). Among the clients of the Law Office there are also some municipalities and towns of the Czech Republic.

Mgr. Marek Indra and Mgr. Jiří Šebesta also act as bankruptcy administrators.
