The Indra & Šebesta Law Office basic unit rate for legal consultancy is 3,000 CZK/hour (exclusive of VAT).
Long-term clientele usually prefers monthly lump payments according to the below table. The unit hourly price for legal consultancy decreases proportionally to the increasing amount of the lump payment.

Hours exceeding the lump remuneration are charged at the preferential rate according to selected monthly payment.
The prices are the same for all clients and for all types of services provided. The client is charged the price for the actual time the service is provided, not for every commenced hour.
In case of agreeing upon at least a basic lump sum amounting to 10,000 CZK/month, the client is not charged for minor steps such as verification of documents, issuing powers of attorney, etc.
The remuneration for the services provided is always charged by means of an invoice, sent to the client - together with a detailed breakdown of services provided - always by the 10th day of a month subsequent to the month in which services were provided. The remuneration is due on the 20th day at the latest of the month subsequent to the month for which the remuneration is paid.
