Tax reforms that are effective from 1 January 2008 bring changes that also apply to ready-made joint stock companies:
- The time test for tax exemption of individuals is extended upon a sale of shares of a joint stock company from the existing 6 months to 5 years!!!
- Tax deductibility of financial expenses resulting from credits and loans, agreed from 1 January 2008, is substantially limited.
However, the aforementioned changes DO NOT APPLY to individuals - owners of shares of JOINT STOCK COMPANIES ACQUIRED BEFORE 31 December 2007!
In order to be able to assert tax benefits valid until 31 December 2007, you have to comply with all of the following conditions:
- 1) The joint stock company was created on 31 December 2007 at the latest
- 2) Shares of the company were acquired on 31 December 2007 at the latest.

- The price is final and includes any and all costs related to the establishment (notary charges related to the establishment, writing, filing, and completing of the motion to the Company Register including all appendices, etc.).
"Supporting services"
- After the "ready-made" sale it is possible, upon client's requirement, to leave the company's registered office at the original address - in the so-called virtual office - either temporarily (for example until new offices are found) or in the long-term.
- The address of the registered office (virtual office) could be also provided if the company is established by our Office.
- The "virtual office" service is tailor-made for a specific client; the scope may differ: it can start with simple provision of a contact address and mail collection, continue by adding supporting services, such as the establishment of a telephone line with a service of an operator, and finish with standard office rental.
- We also offer the provision of complex accounting services by way of a renowned cooperating accounting office, the so-called account service, for the clients of both "ready-made" and "establishment" services.
Cost of "supporting services":
- virtual office: providing registered office: from 1,300 CZK/month
- account service: from 500 CZK/month
